Kemicard in the United Kingdom

Salesforce-native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes for organizations in the United Kingdom — membership, loyalty, events, and access, delivered from the CRM you already run.

Salesforce wallet passes, UK-wide: membership bodies, charities and events. For UK GDPR, wallet passes stay governed by your own Salesforce org — no third-party pass cloud. And for charity wallet passes, UK membership renewals and supporter journeys run on the CRM you already use.

Local Reach, Global Platform

How UK GDPR applies depends on your programme, but the data question is simple: member data stays governed inside your Salesforce org. UK membership bodies, charities and event operators run Kemicard through partners including AspireCRM, and passes support UK-format dates and locales.

Every plan includes both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from a single template, real-time pass updates, push notifications, and the Kemicard Scanner for check-in — see the platform overview and pricing.

Popular Use Cases

UK GDPR and Where the Data Lives

What UK GDPR asks of you depends on your programme, so check your obligations against the ICO's guidance. For a wallet pass programme, two questions matter most: where member data is held and who processes it.

  • Where it's held: Kemicard runs inside your Salesforce org, and the stateless Kemicard Server that signs passes stores no customer data, so the member record stays where you already govern it.
  • Where the org is hosted: Hyperforce is available in the United Kingdom.

Your obligations as controller don't change. A Data Processing Addendum is available for procurement review.

Charities and Membership Bodies

Charities on Nonprofit Cloud (now Agentforce Nonprofit) or NPSP can issue membership, supporter and volunteer cards from the records they already keep. Renewals, lapses and supporter journeys then run in Salesforce rather than a second system. Our nonprofit playbook covers the data model, and UK partners including AspireCRM deliver implementations.

UK charities on our customer list include Treetops Hospice, an end-of-life care charity in Derbyshire.

UK Formats

Dates, labels and wording are set per template, so cards read the way UK members expect, and a programme can keep separate templates per language if it needs them. Apple Wallet supports localized pass content, and Google Wallet stores translations alongside each text value.

Where UK Programmes Start

  • Membership bodies and charities: digital membership cards that renew with the record (membership cards).
  • Events and conferences: wallet tickets checked in against the live record (event ticketing).
  • Museums and venues: member cards and timed entry (museums).
