Rotating barcode
The Google Wallet QR code refreshes every few seconds, so a screenshot of it stops working almost immediately. Interval and code length are set per template.
Pass sharing controls
Apple gets an on/off switch. Google gets four levels, from Fully Shareable down to Sharing Prohibited — match the restriction to the risk.
Private Image
A member photo on a standard Google Wallet pass, private to the holder, with no screen-lock prompt in the way.
Faster check-in
The Scanner remembers whether you use a camera or a handheld, and results can show a photo and clickable links.
