Events & Conferences

We spend a good part of the year in expo halls, community days and user groups — issuing real wallet passes from Salesforce, live, in front of the room. Here's where to find us next, and what happened at the last ones.

Where to meet us next

Upcoming events

Our autumn 2026 schedule is being confirmed now. In the meantime, the fastest way to see Kemicard is a live session — we'll build a working pass from one of your own records in about half an hour.

Any week

A live demo, on your data

Bring one record type. We'll design the pass, map your Salesforce fields and scan it end to end while you watch.

On request

A session for your user group

We speak at Dreamin' events, community days and partner enablement days — demo-led, no slideware marathon.

Your booth

Co-exhibit with us

Partners demo Kemicard on their own stand. We supply the demo org, the assets and a specialist.

Going to an event where we should be? Tell us — we plan the calendar around where our customers and partners already gather. Reserve a meeting or email sales@kemisoft.com.

Texas Dreamin' 2026 recap — the Austin skyline and river
July 2026 · Austin, TX

Texas Dreamin' 2026

Two days at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center with the Texas Salesforce community. We spent most of it at the table showing how a conference badge becomes a wallet pass that updates itself — session changes, room moves, sponsor offers — and how the scan writes attendance straight back to the record.

On the ground: Ania Bachta, Sales & Partnership Manager

June 3–4, 2026 · Chicago, IL

Salesforce Connections 2026

McCormick Place West, two days on the future of digital wallet passes for marketers. Connections is where the Marketing Cloud conversation happens, and the question we heard most was the same one every time: how do you reach a member without paying for another email send? A pass on the lock screen is the answer we came to demonstrate.

Also that week: Business-in-a-Box on 3 June at VU Rooftop Bar with Accounting Seed, StoreConnect and Avalara — and Pickleball Connect on 4 June at The Sport House, hosted with StoreConnect.

Supporting event experiences with Kemicard — key takeaways from True North Dreamin'
May 11–12, 2026 · Toronto, ON

TrueNorth Dreamin' 2026

Our home-country community event, and the one we sponsored as a Bronze Sponsor. Attendees checked in with Kemicard passes rather than paper — stored in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, scanned at the door, with live visibility on attendance. Not a concept and not a demo: the whole room used it.

Session: “Beyond Email: Why Digital Wallet Cards Are the Future of Customer Engagement” — Ania Bachta and Rimon Mikhaiel

Salesforce TDX 2026

The developer event, and the one where the Agentforce questions get technical. We ran the same session twice to a full theatre, then spent the rest of the day at the Kemicard Club stand explaining why a wallet pass is a better notification channel than a chat window nobody has open.

Session (twice): “From Reactive Chat to Proactive Engagement with Agentforce” — Rimon Mikhaiel, Founder & CEO, and Ania Bachta, Manager, Partnership & Sales

The Kemicard stand at Nonprofit Dreamin' 2026 in Charlotte
March 26–27, 2026 · Charlotte, NC

Nonprofit Dreamin' 2026

We came as an Influence Sponsor and spent both days in the Ask an Expert Lounge running live demos rather than pitches — digital member and donor cards issued straight from Nonprofit Cloud, renewal reminders on the lock screen, and what happens to retention when a membership card stops being a PDF nobody opens twice.

On the ground: Rimon Mikhaiel (Founder & CEO), Ania Bachta (Sales & Partnerships) and George Mikhaiel (Implementation Specialist) — Ask an Expert Lounge, tables 4 and 9

Kemicard sponsoring Groceryshop 2025, booth SU-2, Mandalay Bay Las Vegas
Sept 28 – Oct 1, 2025 · Las Vegas, NV

Groceryshop 2025

Four days at Mandalay Bay as a Level 1 Sponsor on booth SU-2, at the global event for grocery and CPG innovation — and a very different crowd from the Salesforce community events. The pitch there is blunt: a loyalty card in the wallet gets seen, an email doesn't, and one retailer we work with grew redemption enough to move 5,120 points through a single campaign.

Themes: real-time offers in every shopper's pocket · plastic versus mobile wallet loyalty · why retailers need more than just points

Transform events with digital passes — Kemicard webinar, June 16 2026
June 16, 2026 · Online

Webinar — Transform Events With Digital Passes

An hour on replacing static PDF tickets with dynamic wallet passes: faster registration, check-in that doesn't queue, push messages that reach attendees on the day, and real-time attendance visibility inside Salesforce. Recorded for anyone who couldn't make the live session.

Salesforce Saturday for Nonprofit Cloud — reimagining member engagement

Salesforce Saturday for Nonprofit Cloud

A community session for the Nonprofit Cloud crowd: “Reimagining Member Engagement — Digital Wallet Passes Built for Salesforce.” Weekend sessions like this one are where most of our nonprofit conversations start, and where we learn what the roadmap should carry next.

Join us at Salesforce World Tour DC — Walter E. Washington Convention Center, March 19 2025, booth 207
March 19, 2025 · Washington, DC

Salesforce World Tour DC

Booth 207 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center — our first big federal and public-sector room, and a very different set of questions from a Dreamin' event. Two came up all day: can a government-issued credential live in Apple Wallet, and does citizen data stay inside our own org? Both answers are yes, and that floor is where the public sector work we do now really began.

On the stand: the Kemicard and Kemisoft team, showing membership cards, loyalty cards, event tickets and permits from one Salesforce org

What we bring to an event

Kemicard for Dreamin' events

We don't only attend community events — we power them. Organizers use Kemicard to issue attendee passes from Salesforce, and it changes the day for everyone at the door.

Digital passes

Attendee badges in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, issued from the registration record. No printing, no reprint desk.

Fast check-in

Scan at the door, validated against the live record. Duplicates caught, attendance written back automatically.

Push notifications

Room changes, schedule updates and sponsor offers straight to the lock screen — no app, no email send.

Sponsor visibility

Sponsor branding travels on the pass all day, and stays in the wallet long after the event ends.

Invite us to speak

We run practical sessions on issuing Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes from Salesforce — membership, event check-in, student and staff IDs, permits — for user groups, Dreamin' events and partner enablement days. Sessions are demo-led: a real pass, built and scanned in front of the room.

Talk to us about a session

Exhibiting together

Systems integrators in the Kemicard Partner Program co-exhibit with us and demo Kemicard on their own stand. If you're taking a booth to a Salesforce event and want a wallet story to show, we'll supply the demo org, the assets and a specialist.
