Digital Membership Cards for Nimble AMS, in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Nimble AMS is built on Salesforce, so every membership it manages is already a Salesforce record. Kemicard issues the member's card from that record, in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and keeps it current through renewal, grace and expiry.

What Nimble AMS already holds

Nimble AMS, from Momentive Software (formerly Community Brands), is an association management system built on Salesforce ^[1]. A membership is a record that represents a membership for a specific account ^[2]. It carries a start date, an end date and a membership type ^[3]. When a membership lapses, its status moves to Grace and then to Expired, following the grace period set on the membership type ^[4].

Those are exactly the values a membership card needs to show and act on.

What it does not include

We found no native digital membership card or wallet pass in Nimble AMS's documentation, as of 1 October 2026. Nimble AMS supports Apple Pay and Google Pay as ways to pay, through its CardPointe payment gateway ^[5]. That is a payment method, not a membership card in the wallet.

How Kemicard works with it

Same org, no connector. Kemicard installs from the AppExchange into the org that already runs Nimble AMS. There is no sync and no second member database.
Cards issued from the membership. Kemicard maps card fields to the membership record, such as member name, membership type and end date. A record-triggered Flow issues the card when a membership starts.
Renewal, grace and expiry follow the record. When the end date or status changes, the card on the member's phone changes with it, with no reissue.
Check-in against the live record. The Kemicard Scanner checks the membership at the moment of the scan and writes the check-in back to Salesforce (scanner guide).
Event passes too. The same app issues conference tickets and session passes from the same org.

Nimble AMS remains the system that manages dues, renewals and billing. Kemicard is the wallet-card layer on top of it.
