Salesforce Loyalty Management Cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Loyalty Management already holds the member, the tier and the points. Kemicard turns those records into a loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, designed inside Salesforce and updated when the records change.
What Salesforce provides today
Salesforce documents a Google Wallet integration for Loyalty Management. It issues a loyalty card and gift-card vouchers to Google Wallet, and its pass designs are built in Google's console after a Google Cloud setup [1]. We found no Salesforce documentation for an Apple Wallet equivalent, as of 1 October 2026.

What Kemicard adds
- Apple Wallet as well as Google Wallet, from one card design.
- Design inside Salesforce. Cards are built in Kemicard Studio, with no external console (loyalty template guide).
- Signing certificates managed for you, for both wallets.
- Updates follow the record. When points or tier change in Salesforce, the card on the member's phone changes too.
- Push notifications and location reminders. These are configured on the card and triggered from Salesforce (notifications and geofencing).
- Scans written back to Salesforce, so redemptions and visits report alongside the rest of the program.
- More than loyalty, from the same org. Event tickets, membership cards and coupons all run from the same app.
The records a loyalty card reads
Kemicard maps card fields to Salesforce records. In a Loyalty Management org, the values a card typically shows already exist on these standard objects:
| On the card | Loyalty Management object | Field |
|---|---|---|
| Membership number | LoyaltyProgramMember | MembershipNumber [2] |
| Member status | LoyaltyProgramMember | MemberStatus (Active, Inactive, Merged) [2] |
| Member since | LoyaltyProgramMember | EnrollmentDate [2] |
| Points balance | LoyaltyMemberCurrency | PointsBalance [3] |
| Current tier | LoyaltyMemberTier | The member's current tier record [4] |
Your implementation decides which of these the card shows and when a Flow issues or updates it. That could be at enrolment, on a tier change, or after a points transaction.
Kemicard is the wallet-card layer. Loyalty Management remains the system that runs your program's rules, accruals and tiers.
