Wallet Passes for Events & Entertainment

Season passes, show tickets, VIP credentials, and backstage access — issued from Salesforce, updated in real time, and scanned at the door with attendance flowing straight back to your CRM. Event wallet passes replace print-at-home PDFs with tickets that update themselves.

Why wallet passes win at the gate

From Box Office to Lock Screen

Entertainment audiences are impulse-driven and mobile-first. A ticket that lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is on the lock screen when the doors open, can't be left at home, and updates itself when the showtime, gate, or lineup changes — no reprint, no resend, no support queue.

  • Season and multi-event passes — one pass covers the whole season; each scan is logged against the Salesforce record.
  • Real-time changes — postpone a show or move a gate and every issued ticket updates within seconds, with a push notification on the lock screen.
  • VIP and crew credentials — different templates per tier, with visual design staff can verify at a glance and QR validation via the Kemicard Scanner.
  • Geofenced reminders — surface the ticket on the lock screen when the holder arrives at the venue.
Operations

Check-In That Reports Back

The Kemicard Scanner is a native Salesforce component: every scan validates the pass in real time, flags duplicates, records attendance, and can trigger Flows — badge printing, no-show follow-ups, upsell campaigns for merch or next season.

Because tickets are Salesforce records, your marketing team segments ticket-holders like any other audience: attended vs. no-show, first-timers vs. regulars, single-show vs. season.

The card that connects

From Announcement to Encore — One Channel

Entertainment audiences act on impulse, and the lock screen is where impulses happen. Every issued pass is a marketing channel for the next moment.

  • Sell the next thing. Encore shows, season renewals, and presales go first to people whose passes prove they attend.
  • Run the night. Doors, delays, gate changes, and lineup updates push to every ticket in real time.
  • VIP treatment. Backstage timing and lounge access messages go only to the credential tiers involved.
  • Arrive-time magic. Geofenced arrival surfaces the ticket as fans reach the venue — lines move faster.

Every message here is a template — sent automatically from a Salesforce Flow, a Bulk Action, or a single record, at no per-message cost.

The Back of the Pass: The Whole Venue Guide

Maps, policies, and accessibility info on every season pass and ticket — updated per event, read by every holder.

Every row is a back-of-pass field configured in Kemicard Studio — plain text, tappable links, and phone numbers, all mapped to Salesforce data. Rain plan? Gate change? The pass back is your single source of truth on show night.

We practise what we sell: attendees at the Dreamin' events we sponsor check in with Kemicard passes.

Measurement

Registrations Are Intentions; Scans Are Facts

The gap between who registered and who arrived is the most useful number an event produces, and the one most organisers never calculate. It is the honest measure of how compelling the programme was, and the basis for next year's capacity planning.

  • Arrival distribution tells you where the door staff should be, and when.
  • Session-level attendance shows which content earned the room and which emptied it.
  • Live data changes the event. Reassign staff to the entrance that is backing up; open the overflow room before the corridor fills.
  • Follow-up splits three ways. Attendees, partial attendees and no-shows deserve different emails and usually get one.
